One of the bigger challenges was creating a streamlined flow that would address the multiple account connection edge cases. I worked directly with founding team members to capture and understand these cases enabling the team to ship one experience to accommodate them all.

I worked with the executive team on a strategy to democratize opportunity for all early talent job seekers, by broadening access of the network to include talent from non-traditional educational backgrounds.
